This year I used a spring wreath I made a couple of years ago. It's the one with yellow daffodils. Nothing says spring quite like daffodils. Right?
Unless it's birds nesting? That says spring to me for sure.
Or a bird nesting in your wreath on your front door!!
From this view one would think it was meant to be there, maybe a faux nest
But not so! Very real indeed!!
Mama bird is very scarce. I hope she hasn't abandoned the nest. She laid one of the eggs one day, and the other the next day. I hope she is caring properly for her little hatchlings. Maybe she's just a wee bit shy. Needless to say, we are very careful when we open and close the front door. Isn't it a pretty nest?
