Sharing Shadymont, My Mountain Cottage

Added a slight touch of fall to my dining room table.  Couldn't resist!  So ready for cooler temps.  :)

I wanted to share another thrifty find~~  I use grapes and other fruits decor in my kitchen and breakfast nook.  I was in Kirkland's a few months ago and spotted the cutest lamp with fruits design!!  It was only $15.99 which was GREAAAAAAAT!!!  BUT.....I had a $10.00 birthday coupon.... So...... I got it for $6.00.  Made my day!!

I hope to become more familiar with blogging right away.  I've enjoyed reading some great blogs and will get the link to the ones I follow as soon as possible.  Thanks for sharing your ideas and please bear with me til I get this down.  I promise to share some great deals I have gotten.  I love consignment shops, clearance sales, Hobby Lobby, Kirkland's, Michaels, BB&B and all things "Home".  Looking forward to many posts ASAP!!!

Made a couple of visits recently to the GoodWill and found some neat things. Among them, a milk glass candy dish, ($2.50) set of 4 white rooster napkin rings ($1.91), a group of 10 silver napkin rings ($2.93) a 'heavy crystal, 2 piece candle holder' ($4.00) and a sweet pitcher, gold with grapes ($2.00).  Fun!  Fun! Fun!  Don't you just love it?
